About us

In 1989 my wife Dawn, our two children Sarah and Nicholas and I moved to Cape Coral Florida from Cleveland Ohio. With a background in remodeling and business management I soon started a Kitchen Cabinet business with my father and became a Licensed Carpentry Contractor.

Within a year after moving to Cape Coral we built our first new home from the ground up, hands on. I soon got into the home building business and have enjoyed it ever since.

The growth of our business came on hard work, perseverance and hands on applications. With a background in Remodeling, Cabinetry, Carpentry, Field Experience and Knowledge have contributed to the success of this Company.

I am a State Licensed Building Contractor, a State Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Licensed Carpentry Contractor. Knowledge of the real estate industry is always a plus for the buyer. Many questions can be answered at our office, instead of dealing with two Offices, we have the combined knowledge for your property purchase as well as the knowledge and capability to develop your land.
